Executive Assistant (Current Employee) – New York, NY – May 26, 2016
I felt so nurtured and supported here. My boss was always there -- whether it was taking me out for coffee, or leaving his door open always in case I wanted to pop in and catch up. The perks were incredible: I met so many of my favorite comedians, shadowed live events backstage, and got front row tickets to the Daily Show any time I asked. The work was challenging, but manageable, and the expectations were clearly set. Viacom is a goal-driven culture, so if you can commit to the objectives you set for yourself you'll do great. I LOVED my time at Comedy Central!

This is a great network to spend part of your career. Projects are almost always something you can personally feel a part of. And there's potential to make a difference, and grow in your career, if you're motivated and have good ideas.

I learned a lot at this company - I've been here for 13 yrs. Its a fun environment, be a good administrator, track rights and options, learned about package commissions, etc., I have had a very valuable experience here. Most enjoyable part of my job is laughing! The people are awesome! I've made life long friends here.
Free coffee, bagel day, celebrity sightings, an awesome fun and hardworking president.
