The typical duties reqired as a realtor, generation of leads, cold calling, traveling to various properties, contracts, closings, open houses. I learned a lot about contracts, writing of contracts, real estate laws, organizing my time/duties for mst proficiency in a day.
Management was very supportive, educational and helpful. Co-workers were excellent support and friendly. Hardest part of the job was generating leads with cold calls. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people I met and the beautiful homes that I discovered.
