Busy Call Center with a great group of co-workers.

Pros: immediate co-workers, some customers
Cons: little to no acknowlegement or communication from management unless its negitive, impossible to get bonus', raises are not based on total performances
Really enjoy the women I work closely with and most of the other employees in the different Customer Service Departments. Over the years have gotten to know and become friends with many customers. Every day is a learning experience mostly from Customers.
