This job involved and a lot of highs and lows. There was a daily routine, but no two days or two weeks were ever the same. This job involved recruiting individuals for work and or training as well as job hunting to place these individuals to go to work. At this job, I learned about; team work, prioritizing work loads, payroll, billing and Human Resources.
Management and coworkers were AWESOME!
The hardest part of the job, simply being disappointed by the employees- who said they were going to show up, but didn't.
The most rewarding part of the job, was putting people to work, giving them their paycheck at either the end of the day or week, depending on the job. I was able to see people progress, from having no money in their pocket, to being able to strive and hold a leading position in their work. That was AMAZING!!
Overall this was an amazing learning experience, I was able to learn and task different job titles and at the same time place people to work.
