A typical day at work: I would work with homeless to clients to offer healthy alternative living situations .
What I learned: I had learned learned about the importance of motivational interviewing and Schizophrenia (an illness that most of my clients were living with).
Management: I felt that my questions, concerns and comments relating to my work were respected
Most Difficult part of the job: Learning that there are some clients will refuse help no matter how much effort that is put in to try.
Most enjoyable part of the job: Helping clients gain their self-confidence by helping them find housing so that they can find ways to improve their quality of life.
