Dying business with no attention from higher up. TTY communication is needed less and less due to the availability of the internet, text messaging, video relay service. In fact, CEO is more focused on the video end of the business so the TTY service is quickly becoming neglected and obsolete except for those becoming deaf as senior citizens. Love my fellow employees, but the turnover is so high it increases stress on those who are still there. There is very low compensation for a job that requires two surveys a month, quarterly typing tests at 60 wpm that you must pass to keep your job, and other requirements.
