POSITION CONCEPT: This position will be responsible for providing direct agency wide support for all procurement, facilities, and property functions including: order processing, vendor relations, scope of work and RFP development, bid processing, and contract/lease negotiations management, building maintenance and upkeep, renovations and new site development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and progressive experience in procurement and facilities management. Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers, computer skills, and strong negotiating skills. Requires flexible work schedule and acceptable driving record.

Starting salary commensurate with experience/credentials.
