Full time position, Monday through Friday, flexible schedule required.
Ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an Associates Degree in a
health or human service field, or a RN. One year experience working
with people with disabilities or one year of experience as a service
coordinator with any population required. Must also be independent,
have strong communication and advocacy skills in accessing services
through referrals linkage and coordination. Requires flexible work
schedule and acceptable driving record as local travel is required. $16.42/hr.
