Call Center Tech Troubleshooter, Denver, CO 80204 - February 27, 2018
One of my favorite jobs with some of the smartest and talented people I have worked with. Learned basic trouble shooting skills, and how to answer phones in a friendly and polite manner while accomplishing job tasks. Management was helpful, professional, and completely reasonable. The culture insisted a loose and laid back atmosphere, everyone knew each other well and made an effort to be kind and open each and everyday. The hardest part of the job was learning how to talk with frustrated professors who were on a deadline to present information and were unable to because of technical problems with the classroom equipment. Troubleshooting over the phone and trying to find the most probable and practical solution for the professor before sending a technician out to help them was also challenging but great experience. Most enjoyable part of the job was walking in and out feeling both accomplished and satisfied.
