Community Connections, a nationally recognized mental health agency is seeking the following IT positions:

Network Administrator:

In this role, you are responsible for the ongoing, day-to-day maintenance and operation of the computer network, including, but not limited to, establishing user accounts, assigning file storage space and setting user access privileges; performing installation, upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, error resolution, repair and replacement of computer systems; performing scheduled back-ups and restoring files; monitoring usage levels; monitoring and maintaining current anti-virus software; monitoring and maintaining software patch management; responding to the needs and questions of network users; purchasing and repairing technical equipment within prescribed authority; and, aids is developing, maintaining and testing a disaster recovery plan.

Requirements for this position include: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university, five (5)years of progressive technical experience, strong analytical skills, proficient reading, writing, grammar and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient knowledge of information technology functions including MIS, Windows-based servers and PCs, VMware, Storage Area Networks, Terminal Services in a Citrix environment ISCSI SAN.

Information Technology Specialist:

This entry level position is responsible for the installation, modification and minor repairs of personal computer hardware and software systems. Creates and maintains user accounts in Active Directory and phone system; installs hardware and components such and monitors keyboards, printers and disk drives; instructs users in the use of equipment and provide help desk assistance to users; makes recommendations or performs minor remedial actins to correct and provide solutions. Provide updates status, completion information and problem request tracking to users or managers.

Requirements include: Bachelors in Information Technology, ability to read and interpret documents such an operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Knowledge of database software, spreadsheet and word processing software. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
