Community Education Centers (CEC) is a leading provider of treatment and education services for adult and juvenile correctional and social services populations throughout the United States. CEC is firmly committed to partnering with government agencies to provide intensive treatment and education programs that focus on changing addictive and criminal behaviors, preparing residents for reintegration and ultimately reducing recidivism.
CEC operates residential and outpatient programs at 20 locations in eight states. All CEC programs concentrate on alcohol and drug treatment, life skills training, and educational and vocational instruction. CEC also provides work release/halfway house programs, day reporting, aftercare and electronic monitoring for approved offenders.
In addition, CEC offers a full range of juvenile treatment services, including residential and wilderness programs for at-risk youth ages 13 to 18. CEC's newest adolescent facility is Lipman Hall, a 212-bed residential facility in Newark, New Jersey for seriously troubled youth. – less–ZoomInfo
