Community Foot Specialists is now seeking a qualified candidate to fill an opening in our Call Center. The person in this position is in charge of answering incoming phone calls and either resolving the call or routing the call to its appropriate destination. In addition to the primary phone operations, the Call Center staffer is responsible for a range of administrative duties, including: scanning and importing medical documents, managing email correspondences, and scheduling patients for office visits. Candidates applying for this position must have strong customer service skills and must have the ability to work as a member of a team.
