-Excellent work environment/work culture.

-I have learned great time management skills along with organizational skills in conducting weekly meetings on department progress.

Very top down management with and extremely large attrition rate. Although many managers are wonderful they are few and far between. There is an absence of training and for some reason former employees are continually rehired after previous bad performance.

The most enjoyable part of the job is helping others. I really enjoy helping people. I wish the pay was more and they would trust us with more responsiblity in customer service deptartment. I heard other departments have wonderful supervisors ours are ok.

Every day brought on new tasks but they were easily obtainable and you were shown appreciation for the tasks performed.
Co-workers were of many ethnicities and every one looked out for each other.
The most enjoyable part of the job was receiving a thank you card from a customer.
Hardest part of the job was leaving it.

Good for getting into the healthcare industry

CHPW is a great place to work, and they have wonderful benefits. They stand behind their culture and values, and I have a great work/life balance. Community Health Plan is a growing state medicare provider. This company has the potential to provide needed medicare services to Washington Stare residents. While growth has been available, Community Health needs to provide adequate tools to service all clients that are available for services. Management needs to honestly address the employees needs to in turn properly address all clients requirements.The employees are wonderful to work with. But turnover is hampering the clients access to benefits and employee prospective career paths within the company.
