Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Brentwood, TN – August 23, 2016
Working at the call center is a great place to learn! Never working in the medical field before, they provided a ton of information so that I could help the patients to the best of my ability. If I ever had any questions, I could either find the answer in my training manual or asking a trainer/supervisor. The downfall is that most of the management doesn't seem to be on the same page. You can get mixed information. All in all, not a bad job!
Welcoming environment with friendly employees who care about patient care.
Registered Nurse Case Manager (Former Employee) – Johnstown, NY – August 22, 2016
This company focuses on their patients and how to best care for them. They work as well as they can with the amount of staff that they employ. There are some scheduling/short staff issues, but besides that they are an excellent employer.
Nurse shortage, too many patients. Nuse:patient ratio is way too high.
very steady paced coperate office with free drinks to all employees
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) – Franklin, TN – August 19, 2016
A typical day of work would be answering phone calls from patient who feel that they have an issue with their hospital bill. In which I learned how to submit for a patient refund and submit adjustments. The Management team & other Customer Service Representatives were always ready to assist when help was needed. The hardest part of the job was contacting insurance companies without the patient on the phone making for a very complicated call due to HIPPA. I enjoyed having a hands on manager who was willing to assist anyone at anytime.
The Company was very diverse
lower management like team leaders & supervisors do not know how to talk to employees
health care discovery rep (Current Employee) – Franklin, TN – August 8, 2016
we call out to patients to do screening to see if they could qualify for programs to help with medical expenses. Its helpful to the patients, but it gets boring. Its difficult to concentrate because its so boring. But it is an easy job and it pays good based on experience.
free drinks, water, coffee, usually free treats on Fridays
