It is also the task of our compliance team to hold our company to the highest ethical standards.

Our compliance group works with all departments within our business to ensure that our associates are educated and trained on all applicable laws and regulations affecting their duties. This training and education is provided to all employees and volunteers at all levels with the purpose of fostering ethical behavior that meets legal criteria and continually improves the quality of care provided.
As part of our compliance program, we provide a process for employees to report potential issues and a procedure for investigating potential misconduct. Preventing improper conduct is vital to our mission of being a responsible, transparent and honest partner in the communities we serve.
