POSITION TITLE: Office Administrator

PURPOSE: Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Must have a High School diploma and preferably college degree
*Must have excellent communication skills verbally and written
*Computer literate (excel, word, face book, and twitter)
*Professional
*Must be organized
*Must be flexible

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Perform Front Desk functions as it relates to agency consumer and human resources process
*Responsible for the referral portion of the intake process/BHL/Insurance verification
*Responsible for scheduling consumer appointments with the Doctor, Nurse, and Intake Coordinator
*Setting up transportation as needed
*Answer phones and greet all visitors
*Responsible for office appearance
*Perform HR function (recruiting and follow up)
*MICUP data entry
*Perform payroll function
*Be able to references resources for consumers and staff
*Maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, individual style and teamwork
*Update office calendar for upcoming events, communicate all training and staff meeting time and location to staff
*Assist in the ongoing professional development and training of staff
*Setup/update consumer profile in Sharenote; set up file for new consumer
*Responsible for filing and spot checking files to ensure the proper documentation is there
*Caseload assignments
*Corresponding with staff via email/telephone regarding company information
*Ordering office supplies
*Check mailbox daily
*Must be available for evening appointment with nurse and doctor (one day per week)
*Assist in defining program goals and objectives; assist in establishing methods and strategies of accomplishing program goals
*Print reviewed clinical notes once per week and file
*Other duties as assigned

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
*Satisfactory Background Investigation
*Valid GA driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance coverage
*CPR/First Aid Certification
*Willingness to successfully complete service-specific training courses
