Excellent work if you are dedicated to helping young men better develop themselves into productive men in society.
I have learned that not all juveniles that are incarcerated are helped out while in the community. A lot of their issues stem from early childhood and lack of strong male/female figures in their lives. If you have the patience and will to make a change in their lives, this is the place to work.
