I relocated from another state, being that i did mst in the past, it would have been a good fit... wrong. From the time of being hired something didnt seem right, the program director was short and rude when you asked her any question. As for just saying hello, she would avoid making eye contact until she needs something from you. As for work life balance, they require you to work on weekends without adjusting your pay or offering another day during the week. You clearly will be working over 40hrs a week. They identify teams in counties but you probably wont be in the county identified. You may also have to commute to clarke athens county from metro atlanta daily. there is no system for distributing cases. So you may have 4 cases out of town clarke athens where the next therapist has never been required to go and would blatantly say if the send me I will quit and they never have to go. They will try to hold every and anything that they could, vacation, mileage checks, even final paycheck. They question your integrity. I enjoyed working in the community but definitely not with this company. My new job is doing mst and I am back to loving my job.
