A typical day involved meetings, case notes, home visits and follow up related to child crisis. The co workers were cooperative and overall positive. Go through messages and over 150 emails per morning, not including during the day. Updating several calendars on a routine basis. Writing emails, letters, correspondence. Answering inquires and complaints. Setting up meetings internally and externally, etc.. I learned HR role, payroll, Filling out Insurance for new hire. Management was fine. Co-workers – more...  were good to work with. There was no particular hard part of the job, just alot of work and always busy which I enjoy. – less
