Overall a solid company, when working at the first location (located in Norfolk) there were lots of headaches, not having the products needed, catering manager that waits till the last minuet to get everything, giving everyone else double the work. But when we need help we do what we can for each other, show tricks of the the trade to go about it faster without comprising the integrity of the food.
The second location I worked at (Chesapeake) the head chef would bounce me around in case someone were to call out, worked on catering, did grill and fry where I was place in charge of specials. Went to school with two of the people that work there, taught me where the hot and cool spots are on the grill, and what the regulars normally order and the round about time they come down for breakfast/lunch. They even had a time named after one of the regulars, mostly because it it rhymed and when with her bubbly personality. The head chef was more than happy to jump in and help out, he held meetings before lunch shift starts make sure that we are up to speed with each station specials, and if we have any questions.
