Loan Customer Service (Former Employee), Plano, Texas –
Pros: dynamic people, new jobs to work toward
I worked with people who were at the time starting a new company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Everything in banking had been depressed for along time. Here came a new banking group that was, and is dynamic. New thoughts and experiences. Great!

Branch Associate (Former Employee), Birmingham, AL –
My typical day consisted of delivering exceptional customer experience while uncovering sales referral opportunities, surpassed customer experience score goals set by management, performed a variety of duties involving paying, balancing and receiving transactions, and supported the branch team by achieving referral goals and participating in targeted – more...  sales. – less

Very organized and great place to work
Senior Teller (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FL –
Pros: customers, hours, ability to grow in company
Being a teller at any bank, you have the most one on one contact with the client. I loved this job! Helping customers with deposits, withdrawls, even opening/closing accounts were everyday tasks. Management was great, helped me set goals and reach them.

Teller (Former Employee), Birmingham, AL –
They have a wonderful open policy. They don't turn you down because of lack of experience and thats good to hear when all you have is an education.

Great working with the company and employees. Ten keyed $ amounts of custumers checks, and account numbers. The hardest part of the job was meeting all deadlines for clients expectaions.

Great place to work but needs a few changes
Collections Agent (Current Employee), Decatur, AL –
Pros: good pay and bonuses
Cons: the absence policy, it's pretty strict, not a lot of room for sick days, especially if you have children to take care of.
I have been there a year... I have really enjoyed it there. They help you improve yourself in your job and give you incentives for meeting goals. They buy us pizza and ice cream once a month.

Not a good bank to work for
Sr Financial Sales Specialist (Former Employee), Lewisville Tx –
Pros: base pay
Cons: management, banking process, computer systems are from the 1980"s
The management is always lying to you on a daily basis. The company does not have a clear direction that its wants to go. Also, you cant get promoted unless you are friends with the upper managment. It does not matter if you are number one in sales. If they dont like you then you are not getting promoted.
