A typical day at work for me starts early before the showroom is open so that I can settle in and finish morning reports so that I am available to assist customers and co-workers once we open. I have learned to be prepared and that may mean a late night or an early morning. I am fairly self-sufficient in my position. My reports and work is always done quickly, accurately and correctly so the management team does not necessarily supervise me closely. My co-workers are a team of professionals which has earned our dealership many impressive accolades over the years. I have challenges with outside vendors and companies but my job isn't hard, I have learned to adapt to a sudden change in expected plans or services. The most enjoyable part of my job is when a customer leaves excited and happy with a genuine smile --- and then comes back in a few years and asks specifically for me it assist them again.
