A typical day at work had only one employee in the store at a time that varied from making customer phone calls to pitching products to customers, trying to assist the customers in attaining their fitness goals. Management kept a whiteboard in the back room that displayed every employee's monthly sales records, ensuring that employees competed to reach the sales goals. As a success coach, it was my personal mission to create lasting relationships with my customers that would secure them as my regular clients. My favorite aspect of working at Complete Nutrition was staying in contact with my clients outside of work, running into them at the gym, and seeing their progress. I learned about the products, how to sell to different types of customers, and how to quickly react on the spot.
