corporate office was fun, all other work sucked
Worker (Former Employee) –  VariousNovember 9, 2017
If you look at all the positive reviews in this list, they are all from the corporate office, not from anyone out in the field actually doing the work.

You get given things to do that may or may not work, but you are going to do them, no questions asked if you want to stay.

The Covenant sounds all touchy, feely, but reality what a concept.

Clinical Pharmacist (Current Employee) –  MassachusettsOctober 16, 2017
no comment. there is no room for advancement and too many changeovers. Management is poor. I don't recommend this company at all. The workplace environment is hostile

Great place to work, but company is getting smaller and smaller. Business model may need to make a change so the company can survive into the future.

How does CompleteRx Stay in Business?
pharmacist (Current Employee) –  MassachusettsApril 21, 2017
This company has only a handful of accounts. Senior management does not communicate at all. Company has no idea how to operate a pharmacy. They employee too many Managers and Directors that have little or no knowledge about their areas or responsibility. Its a joke. I don't know why anyone would hire this company to manage their pharmacy, unless they were desperate. They have this Team Covenant which is nothing more than a marketing tactic because they sure do not practice what they say.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Poorly run organization.

New, Small company
Pharmacy Technician (Current Employee) –  MassachusettsFebruary 15, 2017
Company makes promises to employees they do not keep.
A typical day at work has everyone stressed and rushed, leading to careless mistakes. On-site management is distant and not engaged with employees, company management is not in Massachusetts.
Pros
Good co-workers
Cons
Low Pay, Health Insurance is super expensive

Patient Care Pharmacist (Former Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 30, 2013
Complete Rx has a team covenant that states what employee behaviors and values the company embraces. HOWEVER, these are only words on a page. As long as the employee is making the company money, bad behavior is allowed to continue and flourish. If the company ever analyzed the employee turnover rate at the Atlanta facility, they would understand the real issue. However, it is completely ignored.

Additionally, the pharmacy department is the only department in the facility that actually steps up and does work. Because of this, the pharmacy employees are expected to do things that would not normally be expected of employees at other facilities. The pharmacists wind up doing everyone else's jobs. The facility does not hold physicians accountable which also puts more burden on the employees. And no matter how good a job you do, you get lectured by the Director that your efforts are not good enough.

If this is the kind of environment that you like to work in, then I encourage you to apply. Don't take my word for it, talk to some of the employees outside of their work environment.
Pros
If you like constant change (not always positive), you will love this place
Cons
Director is extreme micromanager, does not value employees and will achieve success at expense of his employees

Reports for all Director of Pharmacies, company calendar events and gatherings, Many work social events. Work, phones, guests, reports, assisting with Accounting: vendors checks mail outs, were all constant busy work in which I loved.
Pros
Great Company, People, Staff and work detail.

Sales (Former Employee) –  HoustonOctober 23, 2012
Nice office with birthday recognition
I learned about P&L, bottom lines, and pharmacy management contracts
Management-top layer of management is exceptional, other managers are lackluster and not in tune with changing marketplace
Good co-workers-but many unhappy people
Hardest part of job? It wasnt hard-just feast or famine with management contracts
Most enjoyable-time spent with good co-workers, birthday recognition, corporate events
Pros
everyone has an office if they choose to work in the corporate location
Cons
less than stellar salaries and bonus plans
