Component Force LLC is a sister company of Component Force Ltd which is a UK manufacturer and distributor of plastic, rubber and foam parts. Component Force UK is in its 13th year of trading and has seen excellent growth of approx. 25% + per year since the company started. Component Force UK currently employee 37 members of staff at our new site in Rochester, United Kingdom where we have just purchased our own industrial units. We are expanding our USA presence and looking forward to growing an excellent team in our new offices and warehouse in St. Louis.

We are looking for an Inside Account Executive, to sell plastic, rubber and foam components, business to business, mainly to manufacturing companies in the USA & Canada.
The goal for these new positions is to grow our existing customer base & win new business.

Job Description:
Cold calling / prospecting businesses both from supplied list and self generated leads.
Handling incoming inquiries (On average 30 -- 50 a day per sales person)
Prospecting dormant accounts/warm leads.
Other office duties as required .

Job Skills:
Computer literate -- Excel & Word.
Great Telephone manner.
Confident & professional.
Motivated & Positive.
Sales experience.
Account management.
Honest, reliable & hard working.
Own Transport.

Other skills -- helpful but not essential:
Basic knowledge of plastics & plastic molding.
Some form of engineering knowledge or background.
Experience selling B2B -- particularly components or parts.
Sales or marketing qualifications.
