Work environment is very stressful. Pay is poor. Mileage reimbursement is below national average. Basically, the company preys on those who are medicaid recipients. Many clients are over medicated. It appears that the clients well being and assisting live a quality life is not a priority but to keep client within organization drugged, in counselling, and completely dependent on CMHS for services. Profit not client is priority and employees are treated poorly.
