- Typical day would involve: support of all PC's,Servers,printers,software installation and support in assigned zone. Responsible for several server and PC refreshes, projects, moves and installs
- Learned primarily how to positively interact successfully with clients I supported
- Well able to 'manage' my time as I traveled a lot
- Great camaraderie

- Hardest part: getting multiple emergency tickets at the same time with lots of distance between the cities or sites,
