Customer Care encompasses New Client Implementation, Technical Support and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). We are always looking for dynamic, customer-oriented professionals to join our growing Customer Care team.

Our Customer Care team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from various computer and medical backgrounds. These individuals all have practical, hands on computer experience and many of them have worked in a medical or ophthalmic practice. Several members of our team are licensed opticians who continue to maintain their licenses and certificates. We even have a medical coder and biller on staff! All of our technicians have been specifically selected and have the patience necessary for this challenging position. All of our team members are skilled in customer service and have an intense ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Compulink is continually looking for qualified individuals to join our team as many of our technicians are groomed to move into other areas within the company.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at troubleshooting and problem solving with end users via the telephone and e-mail.
