Review procedures and processes for accuracy and completeness
Ensure revisions are processed in a timely manner
Ensure that of all phases and Formulation Development comply with relevant SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety guidelines.
Other specified tasks performed include but are not limited to greeting and escorting guest to proper meeting area, updating and distributing the master phone directories also ordering and catering meetings.
A demonstrated knowledge of all full-lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management is essential. Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of positions and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. A high-level of confidence, integrity, can-do attitude, and a hands-on approach to problem solving are required, as well as a professional presence for interacting with senior management and executives internal and external to the company.
