Linen Distrrbution, Columbus, OH - October 9, 2016
Each morning it is posted on the board if there are any emergency deliveries needed at the beginning of the day. Then the daily routine begins delivering linen to all of the departments in the hospital as well as collecting the soiled linen from all the departments. When the truck comes it is unloaded and the linen is put in its location to be stored until it is delivered. In this process I have learned how to pull the linen that is needed to be delivered to the departments. My co workers and management are very professional and good to work with. The hardest part of the job is to make sure that all areas of the hospital are stocked for any emergency that may arise during the hours that the linen is not stocked. The best part of the job is the relationships that I have formed over the years that I have worked at the hospital.
