There is NO communication between middle and upper management. The company does not offer raises or reviews. And the business ethic and organization leave something to be desired.

Pros: relaxed casual work place.
Cons: low income potential for growth. petty rules and short lunches.
Pay rate is low and commission changes month makes the income very unstable. The work is comparable to all call centers and management isn't the same throughout the building. Concentrix is growing and will be a great place to work soon. Fun place for beginners and not set up for the serious employee.

This job is ok to some point I just have to say this is not a place for growth at all there is a big might out to stay with the job. this is call center so people come in go all day. other then this company pays ok for the time that they keep you. this might it seem as if you are are comming for a place you can call home as job but nevertheless this – more... job has a time on it so be sure that you know how how.

but if you are a good work as i was you will have many people that will have no problem moving you to a different team.I came to fic and repair computer after a few months they needed me to do Hvac I know nothing about nor did I go to school that. – less

Concentrix is the best job I have ever had. Working at the Synnex location gave me the opportunity to meet many new people that were ready and willing to help me succeed not just at work but in everything i do.

Its too loud and noisey with their reconstruction/remodle

Pros: its locaation (pittsford)
Cons: overcrowding/too noisy during the day, and no advancement opportunities.
The Management was clicky and there was virtually no room for advancement. I think there are way too many programs at concentrix right now. they should have put more thought into the layout/floor plan because during the day with commissioned based sales reps, you cant hear yourself think. Night or early morning shifts are the quietest shifts, especially – more... the overnight shift.

A typical day at concentrix was usually fun .Everybody enjoyed the work atmosphere.people made fun and cracked jokes.

Cons: zero job security.
Working for Concentrix was a very high maintenance posisition. There are daily, weekly and monthly targets.

Whilst I was working there, there was a disagreement between management over whether or not a lull for the entire company in sales, should lead to the letting go of employees when everyone was affected.

Being harassed by Managers, sick management is horrible, been to work sick so many times because I was scared to get an investigation, schedules and shift rotas are a mess, business management doesn't care about agents, extremely high amount of work while being understaffed for months, unreasonably controlled, wouldn't recommend to anyone to start working – more... there! – less
