Don't expect much, it's a job! in a call center.
Pros: flexibility with managers, if you need time off they usually will give it. no need to dress up for work.
Cons: high school environment, low pay, hardly ever recieve commission.
Immediate manager was good, seemed to care about his staff.
Worked in sales for mbrace, rather repetitious. Nearly impossible to get your commission if you do not meet all the goals so do not count on ever getting commission as the plans change frequently.
The work environment is very casual, no need to dress up. However, the culture is very much like – more... high school and too much drama.
Just keep to yourself and collect the paycheck and look for something else. – less
