I worked for Conduent in Guatemala for 4 yrs, when it was Xerox then Conduent. The Latin America division is completely neglected by its parent company in the States. They operate autonomously except when it comes to salary increases, this is where they need major improvements and changes. It takes on average of 6 months to a year to get your raise. And there is no one to go to for help. The ethics hotline is not very supportive at all, they took too long to respond, when they did It was too late. I had already sent a bunch of emails to the Execs at corporate. My advise, don't work for any L.A. office.

The work environment is based on fear. Fear of the client, customers and management. I'm not considering leaving. I AM leaving. This company is one of the worst I've ever worked for.

They don't care about the employees. It's hard to get help when you need it. Some of the managers are rude and harass you about any little issue. I would not recommend this job to anyone.

Wouldn't ever recommend this company to even my worst enemy. Jobs were continuously threatened even though our group performed at the same, if not higher level than groups with higher head counts and resources. The upper management style was to bully their employees on a constant basis and would cause hostile work environments to make certain employees want to quit.

I will leave for a job that pays correctly (my same management position at other companies is 20-25$/hr whereas with conduent I earn less than 12$/hr) and for a company that is not a on-contract basis.
