In this exciting position, you will be responsible for building on an existing relationship between our specific client and their customers. You will be contacting customers who previously purchased products from our client to inform the customer about an exchange program offered by our client. Your goal is to educate the customer regarding the program, use soft-sell techniques to overcome objections and schedule appointments for the customer to participate in the exchange program.

This is primarily an Outbound Sales position. Candidates with experience within or related to the automotive industry will receive priority consideration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make up to 50 to 70 dials per workday
  • Learn, understand & follow call scripts
  • Communicate exchange program to customers while emphasizing benefits and urgency
  • Protect and strengthen existing customer relationships by providing World Class™ service
  • Schedule customers’ same day inspection appointments
  • Identify opportunities for follow-up and schedule follow-up calls
  • Think creatively to respond to unique customer scenarios
  • Diplomatically handle document & report customer complaints
  • Efficiently & accurately, complete daily activity reports
  • Manipulate web-based applications including Excel, Outlook and other office applications simultaneously

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Typing Speed of 50 WPM or Better
  • Capability to type notes from phone conversation with minimal errors
  • Previous Sales or Outbound Calling Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous Microsoft Office Experience
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check screening

-Automotive Industry or Sales Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required)

Compensation
The base rate for this position is $10.50 per hour (DOE). Incentives plan provides opportunities to increase this to $16.50 per hour for top performers. Employee benefits (employee contributions may apply).
