Special Assistant, Washington, DC - June 15, 2013
Non-stressful environment usually. I was able to accomplish my daily tasks as a result of this aspect. Co-workers were very nice. It is a relatively small agency (250 employees) so the atmosphere was pleasant. I learned more as a special assistant in the management and business office than I did as the executive assistant to the agency director. Being a special assistant was more hands on and I was able to better understand how the agency operated. The most enjoyable part of the job was the closeness of those I worked with. We worked together very well. The hardest part was retiring.
