I applied online the application process is about 10 to 15 minutes. Two weeks later received a call from recruiting manager to set up an interview. Interviewed with four supervisors in a room. Two days later I received a call that they want to make me an offer. I accepted the offer and it took two weeks and I was called with a start date

I found out they do perform credit checks and i was actually denied employment because my credit score was not what they wanted it to be. Nevermind my 10+ years of experience, but my credit. I've also heard of others being denied based on credit as well. However, Thank you all for your response.

Micromanaged and supervisors/managers are not on the same page. One tells you how to do something then another supervisor questions why you did it when you were only doing what first supervisor said to do. It's the most annoying issue being a Patient Access rep.
