I applied online the application process is about 10 to 15 minutes. Two weeks later received a call from recruiting manager to set up an interview. Interviewed with four supervisors in a room. Two days later I received a call that they want to make me an offer. I accepted the offer and it took two weeks and I was called with a start date

For being local, they haven't called me in for an interview and hired me yet. Very sad and will not seek care here especially when quality of care is low! Lawsuits filed. Really I want a local to put up a healthcare facility and drive them out of my town!!!

A long time. You apply and apply and apply and never hear anything. They are always hiring and they need coders, trained coders that can have brief training and go to work. I got hired because I knew someone on the inside and they were able to forward my resume on. After that point the process went really quickly. There are three interviews total and a test. Conifer is part of Tenet Health so be sure to check their website as well and continue to apply.
