Report answer

I have done 5 interviews with Conifer, first when I was hired and then 4 since for promotions. Most are relaxed and are between you and the hiring manager/director, the couple were with more than one person. With the exception of one, they were very relaxed and just conversational and informative (back and forth). One was more like a panel and much more formal and a bit stressful. I have been promoted 4 times, and part of my job since the first promotion has been interviewing candidates, and when I do my interviews, I try to keep them informal and relaxed.
