Advice to Management
Keep running the personality tests as part of the hiring process and maybe look at ones geared differently toward millenials to really spot type A vs type B personalities. The world is so different today that older tests might not spot this as well. Type Bs can work there, but ensure they are very crystal clear upon what they are getting into. Also, have them read the blog posts in advance of accepting because they give a pretty clear picture of the vision for Conisus. I'd also encourage making public the "passion speeches" (if the speakers will let you) from different healthcare professionals that visit talking about what an impact this industry has upon those with cancer and other diseases. Make it a point to complement and congratulate people. Sometimes with so many smart people achieving so many great things so quickly it can be easy to forget to give out words of approval.
