Working at Conn's was often all over the place. Some of the benefits was that I learned how to operate clamps, supply lifts, and forklifts. Among these benefits I also acquired the necessary skills to operate these without complications caused by hectic situations within the workplace, like management pestering and nitpicking. The employees that worked along side me were decent people, even though some were difficult to work with. The days were mildly enjoyable, but the best part of the day was when I was on the job, using the clamps and supply lifts to work and get the job done right. Being able to be both effective and efficient was beyond satisfying.
Gaining experience, bettered my understanding of the work place
Stressful environment, intolerable management and managers
