I actually enjoyed working for Conns.. I THOUGHT I had a good working report with the company.. I had worked there almost 4 years in collections.. Due to the fact that I was over 40, and they were attempting to reduce their work staff along with budget, I was walked out with NO work related issue..Its amazing the caliber of individuals that they hire and the quality of collections is less than professional. Its rather comical to listen to a collector attempt to collect an account while using two or three double negatives in one sentence along with inappropriate collection ethics.

You are so right, you are telling the truth. Insane Asylum is what I called this sickening environment. Only way anyone should work or "SLAVE" for this idiotic company is when a person is grossly desperate for a job.I encourage anyone to find something way better than this.

Conn's need to change their management style. They are very intimidating, unbearable. Concentration camp tactics

As an employee working for Conns is a rollercoaster ride with daily changes, threats, poor procedures, policies, poor management, and they will demote you at the drop of a dime and strip you of your salary, dignity and pride if you are a manager and promote an even more unqualified so called M.I.T. manager in training in your place. They also have the worst customer sat and delivery and I dont recommend Conns to anyone.
