The goal of our managed service offering is to increase our clients' network uptime and to increase the ROI our clients experience on their networks. We combine remote managed services with our managed Help Desk and 24x7 engineering response to provide our clients with a complete managed care solution.
Additionally, Connecting Point can meet your staffing needs. Whether our clients need part time or full time technical resources we can design a staff augmentation program to meet your needs. Our Preferred Care Agreement (PCA) is a prepaid block time agreement that provides clients with a wide variety of services at discounted rates. We are very flexible and will tailor a service program to meet a client's particular need.
