Hard to give a fair rate
Senior Accountant (Former Employee), North Haven, CTJune 13, 2013
Pros: excellent hours of work and no long nights
Cons: salary needs serious improvement
Spent a few years working there, Finance department was good but lacked the team work and they are very relax. No sense of urgency. Financials were done in a clean manner. Management disconnected from staff but I guess that is almost everywhere.
