My first task is to enter and distribute all 'Hot' leads that have come in over the weekend or each night. Then I enter and distribute all 'daily' leads. Any 'non-core' specialties are put aside for any downtime. I then proceed screening doctor CV's (resumes). Typically I'm in receipt anywhere from 4-9 CV's per day. Screening includes verifying licenses, board certifications, program certifications, education, and filling in any gaps between school and work experience. Tuesdays are committed to entering time cards and all A/R, A/P needs. Through out each day I receive travel requests where I put aside what I'm working on and get flight, car and hotel's scheduled for multiple doctors.
