Reporter II /Planning Reporter, Cincinnati, OH - April 14, 2015
I Started the day with an outline of duties from the day before and followed protocol on finishing first the most important calls etc. I had a list of daily calls, procurement of documents for the upload to the website for the customers. I answered many incoming calls with questions or problems and proceeded to fill every request or fix any issues that needed to be fixed. I learned something new every day but most of all I learned that customer service pays our paychecks so it matters most. I was noted to be a team player and I never had an enemy. there were many changes to my team throughout my nine year tenure and I learned something from each new employee. I respected management and the duties that were handed to me via email and in meeting via go-to-meetings. I loved my job because I made the customer happy and I was remembered when they needed another answer to a question. The hardest part of my job was losing it because I lived in Tyler and not in Cincinnati where the company was located .* I could not advance because of my location here in Tyler. Advancement happened in-house only.
