No respect for its employees, only want a "head in the bed", take Medicaid-Pendings and then blame the discharge-planners when the homeless residents don't have a place to reside, nurses do not have the supplies they need, BOM works practically around-the-clock to keep up the pace, Mandated Reporters (which are all workers in the building) are apparently not allowed to take any action accordingly the administrator on reporting alleged abuse, neglect, exploitation cases, the decent STNAs are worn-out by taking on the burden of the STNAs who would rather not be there. There is NO training, and apparently this is a corporate issue. The employee then gets blamed for not knowing the information later. The positive side, and there is one, is that many staff are cohesive and do get along for the sake of the residents/patients. That does not happen at many facilities. Save yourself the heartache.
