I learn that passion consisted of a combination of heart, mind and soul and that as attempts were made to instill passion it became evident of those who had it and those who could acquire and simply those whom would never quite understand. My decision making process was given a lift during this phase of my carreer. I learned quickly what could happen, would happen, should happen and what must happen in order to become successful. The most difficult part of the job was developing team involvement and introducing processes for adaptation and adoption and implementation where there existed none, hence the begining of installation of a new culture. Process development required sustainability. I often did not get the opportunity as a consultant to sign on long enough to see sustainable ong term effort. Did I hear of and revisted to see? Yes, truly there existed a joy in seeing sustanability where there was none previously. I often missed the thrill of defining and promoting the birth of a newly defined culture.
