It is a ok place of work but there are many draw back. Lets start off with the good things about aspen. Low management is amazing and it is very easy to work your way up. The work is ok and they do listen to the employees for improvement and they do fix or upgrade with some hast.
Now lets talk about the draw back, Aspen is a ok place to work but there is quiet a bit wrong with what goes on at Aspen. Aspen has some workers during the late and the night shifts that should not be aloud to work there because they are just not doing wrong to Aspen but other worker because they are drug dealing out of the parking lot on break and during the work shift. Upper management has some problems with them as well. It seems that the owns are good sounding guys but when it comes to the every day worker you are just another dollar bill to them. I was hurt on the job and they did thing that weren't ethical or illegal for that manner to avoid any liability or helping you get better.
I say working at Aspen is a ok temporary job but I wouldn't stay there long term unless you are put into management right way.
