The inspiration for the home was an English Manor look merged with a Ritz Carlton feel. As Managing Partner Jocelyn Dienst explains, "Our goal was to keep the upper levels bright by capitalizing on the natural light while developing fantastic living areas such as the kitchen, dining, and staircases with free-flowing spaces." The lower level complements the sensory experience of the rest of the home and offers the spa element for maximum and all-inclusive luxury. The BALA is the foremost residential design competition in the country.
