Event Staff Coordinator (Former Employee), Orlando, FLDecember 21, 2014
This is a great place to work for supplemental money. You stand on your feet most of the time. It is a call-in type of job. Co-workers are nice and pleasant to work with. Management is fun and energetic never a dull moment with them. The only con is if you don't have a security license its virtually impossible to get good shifts.

First job not all that.
Event Staff (Former Employee), Dallas,TXFebruary 15, 2014
Pros: free events
Cons: short breaks, little pay, had to call in, waste of gas and have to have your own car.
This was my first job and at first I liked it then I got cussed at by my supervisor and that forced me to quit. It was too high demand and she watches you every few seconds. Angry customers, very bad pay and we only got paid bi monthly not weekly. I never had room to grow and got tired of having to call in every time I had to work I wanted set scheduled hours and I didn't have to waste my gas to go 50 miles to one football game.

Pros: good pay, and free events.
Cons: short breaks
This company has a lot to offer. Good co workers, chance to travel when needed, and the job is very fun. Typical day at work is checking baggage at the doors, and providing assistance to the event managers in situations that arise.

contemporary services ticket taker
ticket taker (Former Employee), Phoenix, AZSeptember 18, 2012
Pros: great atmosphere and good work place
A typical day at work would start with a briefing of where everyone would be stationed and, how long before rotating the spots. i would have to stand for about 10 hours ripping tickets and or scanning them.i learned how to use a ticket scanner and how to respond to irritated customers who were not pleased. i liked the management i mean they gave me a chance when i was liable to the company being that i had limited transportation and living issues.all of my co-workers were very friendly and helping when i needed it but i am a fast learner.the hardest part of the job was at first having loads of people rushing to get in and trying to keep up in the fast paced environment but i got the hang of it after an hour.the most exciting part of the job was interacting with the people.
