Interesting and challenging work place. Work under pressure is developed and/or reinforced. The company has flexible schedule which results in a good work/life balance. Company interested in its personnel's healthy, safety and development. Company in transition of changing old methodologies and culture to new and more productive ones.

While the automotive industry is healthy a great place to work
Senior Mechanical Engineer (Current Employee), Deer Park, ILJune 3, 2015
Pros: great work like balance, neat and relevant engineering challenges
Cons: not the main place for development, jobs usually supporting roles
management is great, people are also great. There is significant department to department variation with respect to workload but all challenges are fun to address. Usually involves some travel and cross-cultural interaction which is neat. Focus on Work/life balance is company wide and they must be one of the best in the business.

Pros: compensation, work station, automotive technology
Cons: healthcare benefits, career advancements
Typical day at work looks fine and productive

Everyday, you will learn new ideas and knowledge since I'm working with Engineering team worlwide.

Electrical Maintenance (Former Employee), 1000 Electronics BLVD Huntsville,AlabamaMay 1, 2012
Pros: work place was clean, safe and well lighted.
Cons: it was not managed wright for what they was doing.
My time there started with the chrysler corporation in 1994 and it was the best job I ever had.We had plenty of work and being in maintenance chrysler kepted a decent amount of machine parts on hand. And that means a lot in order for me to do my job at the fastest and safest way possible. Continental was more into cutting back on you name it ,people, equipment on the lines, inventory of spare parts and less safey work enviroment.Management was more into the way the lines look to guest from other companies than production rate and the people on the lines.
